Sometimes things don't always turn out the way you wished. Plans and projects, goals may get paused and or don't happen, leading to disappointment, frustrations and sadness.
Breathe through it and take a step back to review yourself and review the situation. Embrace and process your emotions so that they don't remain unchecked and fester.
Each day is an opportunity to grow from the previous days' lessons and see what can be done better. Tell yourself each day that you will do what you can and manage. By doing bit by bit of everything, you end up accomplishing more - under-promise and over-deliver.
This way, you are kinder and gentler with yourself, and the internal dialogue would be positive rather than negative.
You are your greatest masterpiece; take your time refining things when there is a pause in movement.
